April 24, 10:00-11:30 am   Ralph Eubanks: W. Ralph Eubanks is an author of three books and an essayist whose works focuses on race, identity, and the culture and literature of the American South. A Guggenheim Fellow, he is currently visiting professor of English and Southern Studies at the University of Mississippi.  

Workshop Title: “Memoir: Using Archives as Literary Inspiration”

Letters, diaries, and archival collections often hold hidden narratives that illuminate or provide context to the stories we want to tell. In this workshop, Ralph will focus on ways that nonfiction writers, particularly memoirists, can use archival resources, including place, to enrich their writing.    Great for those writing a memoir!   Sign up here!

Dear Vaccine — Global Vaccine Poem   Dear Vaccine is a global community poem, inviting all to share their voices to promote COVID-19 vaccination through the imaginative language of poetry. The Global Vaccine Poem project is open for all to share their voices. Don’t worry about rhyming, grammar, or spelling. Next up!  April and May Adult Writing Workshops Open for Registration   Registration is open for our upcoming Adult Writers Workshops. We will be conducting the workshops via Zoom, so everyone can attend from the comfort of home, wherever that might be. We have stellar instructors offering a wide range of writing interests to get you writing and exploring.
