Incoming Rotary International district governors from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Germany, Zimbabwe and South Africa visited Vero Beach over five days this week before going on to San Diego for training. The district governors were hosted by members of the Rotary Club of Vero Beach, the Vero Beach Sunrise Rotary Club and the Vero Beach Oceanside Rotary Club.
Now in its 38th year, Rotary Homestay is a program to promote international understanding, and has become an annual event. As many of the 520 incoming Rotary district governors travel from around the world to San Diego for a week of training to prepare them for there year of governorship, they are hosted for several days or more in the homes of fellow Rotarians in Vero Beach and in other cities across the country.
Rotary International, a organization committed to community and international service, has more than 2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide.

Thank you Mark and your colleague Rotarians for your hospitality and excellent program in Vero Beach. Jan Leentvaar
