On the outside, Florida Power & Light looks like the same company it was three years ago. Many of us have smart meters now, but otherwise the lights come on and the bills come each month.
On the inside, though, FPL is different. That difference helps to explain last weeks story about FPLs successful effort to recover nearly $1 million from a former executive who considered himself to be a whistle-blower.
