Florida Governor Rick Scott is scheduled to be in Vero Beach this afternoon to cut a ribbon at the offices of Rhett Palmer’s new radio studio at 95 Royal Palm Boulevard.  The governor’s schedule for today calls form him to fly this afternoon from St. Petersburg, where he will be meeting with the editorial board of the Tampa Bay Times, to Vero Beach.  The ribbon cutting at Palmer’s studio is planned for 4;15-4:30.
