According to Barbara Hoffman, Chairman of the Cultural Council of Indian River County, the group launched Celebrate the Arts, as a way to call attention to the economic impact the cultural industry has in Indian River County.  A recent study showed that the county’s creative industry has a sizable impact on the local economy.  The schedule of events for Celebrate the Arts is available on line at http://www.culturalcalendar.org.
