Vero Beach Sports Village (VBSV) will be hosting its third annual Independence Day Classic youth baseball tournament this week for age divisions 16U and 18U. The July 3-7 tournament will include teams from throughout the state, as well as one from Georgia. Games will begin Wednesday, July 3 at 9 a.m.

Participating teams include: Brevard Aces (Indian Harbour Beach); Brevard Plasma (Melbourne); Caribes Baseball Club (Miami); East Cobb Dodgers (GA); Hitmen Baseball (Jacksonville); Miami Lakes Bombers (Miami Lakes); Naturals (Port St. Lucie); North Florida Storm 16U & 18U (Fernandina Beach); Tamiami Canes (Miami); Team Prospects (Miramar); Xtremeline Baseball School (Weston) and Vero Beach Blaze (Vero Beach).

All games will be played at the 79-acre Vero Beach Sports Village.
