Vero Beach Vice Mayor Tracy Carroll hasn’t budged and hides behind the First Amendment to defend her own Constitution-burning behavior. Using the utility sale to say she should not be recalled is lame. Then claiming her rant against “atheists” was about protecting the separation of church and state, well bless her heart, how’d we miss that during her cheerleading for Christianity in that same rant?
