Wow, attacking the messenger in no small way, as always. Sorry to see how low this group continues to go. Shameful. Every time a well-reasoned factual story or opinion piece appears, including mine, they don’t address the facts, do they? Just sling out more smears, attack attack.
The troika continue to show their stripes.
Anyone who is not able to easily see what a contribution that Inside Vero has made to the community in its short tenure would have to be deaf, dumb and blind. People are finally talking about issues that affect them personally. For the first time in this community the public is gaining insight into the backroom deals that are now exposed to the light of day.
Well said, Pat Lavins, a media outlet that dares to print real news not influenced by anything but the truth.
Just a quick thought: Is Dede Pittman even a resident taxpayer of the City of Vero Beach?

Freedom of speech, free enterprise and all that. I’m for it, in spite of the fact two cohorts of Mrs. Turner were rather unpleasant to my husband Phil and his Humanist group. And Mrs. Turner reluctantly went along with Mr. Kramer and Mr. Winger. I’ve spoken of certain people in unfriendly terms because I was angry and frustrated. I can’t see why Mr. Schumann’s Inside Vero should upset Ms Pittman. After all, there’s still 32963 and the Press-Journal for her to read. I appreciate having another voice besides the ones feeding us their brand of journalistic pablum.

She may not have very many Zumba classes after this. It really is a shame that there are people out there still being bought by island connections. I hope she knows that 32963 and the Press Journal certainly are not the mag rags she wants to bet her reputation on…if she has one.
John’s island if that is where she lives has both the city electric and city water provided to them. Mark, you are the most honest reporter I have seen since the days when your family owned the Press Journal.
