When the Vero Beach City Council meets Tuesday evening, it is scheduled to discuss and possibly decide whether to appeal the Code Enforcement Board’s 3-2 decision, which, if allowed to stand, could open the way to unlimited and essentially unregulated short-term rentals in the city’s neighborhoods.
