
William (Bill) Starr Depp, 71, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 28, 2013.Born in Perth Amboy, New Jersey, Bill had been residing in Vero Beach for the past 27 years. He was the owner of Exterior Coatings by Maritime, a member of Pillar Community Church and a member of The Exchange Club. He served in the Navy aboard the USS Longbranch during the Cuban Missile Crisis. Beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend who will be greatly missed and always remembered as a consummate gentleman and a kind, generous soul. Bill loved spending time on the water fishing, hunting and golfing with friends but above all, spending time with his family. Bill is survived by Nancy, his loving wife of 31 years; daughter Kelli Rutherford and her husband Kevin; step-daughter Ashley Jones; granddaughters Caedyn and Kindall Eby; sisters Carol Lehoczky, Lee Fox, Alice Lemieux and Pam Fazekas.
