If the Code Enforcement Board’s 3-2 decision is allowed to stand, Vice Mayor Tracy Carroll, and other so inclined, will be free to rent their homes for “vacation” stays of as short as one night. What’s next, allowing city residents with large yards to earn some extra cash operating “boutique” campgrounds?
