More than 100 participating vendors, artists, and performing groups drew a steady crowd into Riverside Park yesterday for the inaugural Celebrate the Arts Festival held under the majestic oaks and across the street in the Vero Beach Museum of Art and in the Riverside Theatre.  Cultural Council board chairman Barbara Hoffman was please with the member participation and the turnout for yesterday’s event, which she credited to the hard work of hundreds of volunteers.
