Jennie Lee Bryant passed peacefully from this life the morning of October 24, 2013 after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded and supported by her loving family during the last days of her life. Jennie Lee was born in Wabasso, Florida and graduated from Vero Beach High School in 1953. She worked for many years as a loyal employee at Woolworth Company. Jennie is survived by three daughters (and spouses): Debra Exum (Tom), Kathy Hubbard Duncombe (Billy) and Sheryl Heckman Glenn (Darrell); six grandchildren (and spouses): Tyler Hubbard (Ximena), Lindsay Hubbard Greenway (Brooks), Terra Heckman Mundy (Dave), Tabitha Heckman Hammock (Mickey), Leevi and Lexx Heckman; six great grandchildren: Aiden DeLuca and Liam Greenway, Jadyn and Dylan Hammock, Lila Grace and Rayna Joy Mundy. Jennie is also survived by her brothers Howard, Marshall and Joe Jones and sisters Joyce Smith, Marlene Jones and Joanne Callaghan. She was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth Bryant, her brothers Buddy, Pete, Wendell Jones and sisters Pauline Jones and Jewell Hedberg. A memorial service will be held in her honor on Tuesday, October 29th, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 2206 16th Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. Andrzej Humberto Steyer, 30, of Vero Beach, FL died Wednesday, October 23, 2013 in Murfreesboro, TN. Andrzej was born in Poland and had lived in Caracas, Venezuela before moving to Vero Beach. He was a graduate of American High School in Boca Raton, FL and a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church in Vero Beach. Survivors include his parents Thomas and Simonetta Steyer of Vero Beach, and a sister Sylvia D. Steyer-Garmendia of Austin, TX. Memorial contributions may be made to the Mental Health Association in Indian River County, 2101 14th Avenue, Vero Beach, FL 32960. The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Sunday, October 27, 2013 at the Strunk Funeral Home with a prayer service at 6:30 PM.
