Voters in the City of Vero Beach will go to the polls today to fill two seats on the city council. Tracy Carroll and Richard Winger are running for re-election, and are challenged by Amelia Graves, Joseph Guffanti, Brian Heady. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. today.
