For the few people who listen to Charlie Wilson opine and pontificate on the radio each Tuesday morning, here is a political baloney alert.  Wilson will likely advise Vero Beach voters they should support Tracy Carroll in order to keep the sale Vero Electric to FPL on track.  In truth, all five candidates have made clear they will honor the will of voters.

There may be other reasons why Carroll’s supporters want her re-elected, such as a desire make Vero Beach more like Fort Lauderdale, or to discouraging citizen input at city council meetings.  Those reasons have nothing to do with the sale of the city’s electric system.  Take Wilson’s advice for what it is, pure political baloney.
