Are you looking for a post-holiday activity to share with your out-of-town visitors? Is your schedule filled with too many commitments before the holidays? Come to McKee Botanical Garden for “Nights of Lights” December 28, 29 & 30 from 6:00 to 7:30 pm.

“Nights of Lights” offers a memorable Garden experience that all ages can enjoy. Take a leisurely stroll along luminaria-lit pathways. View majestic palms adorned with thousands of twinkling lights. See special lighting displays in the Garden’s ponds and waterways exclusive to this event, and enjoy an additional opportunity to view McKee’s model train display.

“The holiday season is a busy time for many people, and the number of projects and obligations pre-holiday can be overwhelming,” stated McKee Botanical Garden Executive Director Christine Hobart. “Whether entertaining visitors or simply looking for an activity to enjoy with the family post-holiday, ‘Nights of Lights’ is the perfect solution.”

Additionally, visitors will be able to view four of the sculptures featured in the Garden’s Seward Johnson Sculpture Exhibition, specially lit for night-time viewing. The exhibition, which features twenty life-size bronze creations by the American artist Seward Johnson, will be available for daily viewing in its entirety January 3 through April 27.

The Garden Gift Shop and Elizabeth’s at the Garden Café also will be open during the event. General admission rates apply. For more information, please visit www.mckeegarden.org or call 772-794-0601. “Nights of Lights” is sponsored by YP Advertising Solutions, 93.7 The Breeze and 97.1 Ocean FM.
