Winning the John Schumann Award for Business Leadership is Vero Beach Magazine, Beth Moulton publisher; the Alma Lee Loy Award for Volunteer Leadership are the duo Susan and Ed Smith; the Richard A. Stark Award for Cultural Leadership goes to Mark P. Wygonik.
The John Schumann Award is awarded to an individual or business who demonstrates outstanding commitment to a nonprofit cultural organization(s) in support of their operations, enabling growth and sustainability. Vero Beach Magazine was nominated by Riverside Theatre with letters of support from the Vero Beach Opera, Mckee Gardens, the Vero Beach Museum of Art & the Vero Beach Art Club.

The Alma Lee Loy Award is awarded to an outstanding individual who,as a volunteer demonstrates selfless dedication to the cultural arts, and devoted energy, passion, time and support of a nonprofit cultural organization(s). Susan and Ed Smith were nominated by Karl Steene of the Rotary Club of Vero Beach Oceanside with letters of support from SunUp Arc, Indian River Symphonic Association, Vero Beach Museum of Art and the NTB group.

The Richard A. Stark Award is awarded to an individual who demonstrates exceptional leadership in promoting the cultural arts, and in providing encouragement, involvement, and motivation to others in support of the cultural arts. Mark P. Wygonik was nominated by Dennis E. Love with letters of support from Joyce S. Levi, Bev Paris Paris Productions & Riverside Theatre.
The three judges; Sherron Long of FL Cultural Alliance & the FL Association of Local Arts Agencies, Richard Gabel recently of the Arts and Cultural Alliance of St Lucie County & Nancy Turrell of the Arts Council of Martin County were all in agreement.
