ANDREW E. KINSINGER, SR. – Beloved husband and father, Andrew E Kinsinger, Sr., 87, of Vero Beach, died peacefully Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at his residence surrounded by family.
He was born September 3, 1926 in Utica, New York and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 13 years coming from his birthplace.
Mr. Kinsinger was a veteran of the US Army serving in WWII. He was a member of the American Legion of Utica.
He was a retired engineer in the railroad industry and a member of the Utica NARVRE.
Mr. Kinsinger was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church, Vero Beach.
He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Joan Kinsinger; 2 sons, Steve Edwards of Sunset Beach, NC; Eric Kinsinger of San Diego, CA; 2 daughters, Jeanine Higgins of Tucson, AZ; Andrea Kennedy of Glen Ridge, NJ; 7 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
Mr. Kinsonger was predeceased by a son, Mark, grandson, Reid Villiere, 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
A memorial mass will be held at a later date in Utica.

DOROTHY G. PARKS, 92, formally of Greenfield Wisconsin, passed away February 4, 2014 after a short stay at Atlantic Healthcare Center of Vero Beach.
She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin in 1921. For the past 9 years Dorothy resided at The Isles of Vero.
Dorothy retired after 25 years with Milwaukee Western Bank (now Securant Bank & Trust).
She was an active member of The Order of The Eastern Star and Westminster Presbyterian Church in Vero Beach.
Dorothy is survived by a daughter Pennee Irwin of Fort Lauderdale, son James (Rob) Parks of Chester SC. four grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and one niece.
The family will receive friends Sunday February 9th 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Strunk Funeral Home in Vero Beach.
A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 11:00 AM on Monday February 10th 2014 at the funeral home.
