PATRICIA E. MCcDONALD, 68, died February 10, 2014 at Sebastian River Medical Center in Sebastian.
She was born in Brooklyn, New York and lived in Sebastian for 20 years coming from birthplace.
Mrs. McDonald was a graduate of Caladonian School of Nursing, Brooklyn, NY
She worked 15 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse as an LPN for Caladonian Hospital and Kings Highway Hospital both in Brooklyn, NY until her retirement.
She was a member of St. Sebastian Catholic Church, Sebastian, FL.
Survivors include husband of 49 years, William J. McDonald, Jr. of Sebastian; daughters, Elaine Germaine (Matthew) of Massapequa, NY and Janice Moore (Michael) of Elkton, MD; 2 grandsons and 2 granddaughters.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Association of the Miraculous Medal, 1811 West Saint Joseph Street, Perryville, Missouri, 63775 in memory of Mrs. Patricia E. McDonald.

LARRY “BUCK” F. WALDIS, loving husband and father,72, died with his family by his side on February 9, 2014 in the VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach, Florida. “Buck” as he was known to his family and friends was born September 9, 1941 in Woodbury, New Jersey and he lived in Sebastian, Florida for 32 years coming from Thorofare, New Jersey. He was a veteran of the United States Army, where he achieved the rank Sargent E-5, having served during the Vietnam Era from 1953 to 1963. He retired from Sea Oaks as a security guard. Previously in New Jersey, he was a truck driver for Owens-Illinois Company.
Survived by his wife of 49 years, Marilyn M. Waldis of Sebastian; daughters Kimberly Poole of Vero Lake Estates; Jennilee Witherby of Palm Bay; and son Larry F. Waldis of Bel Air Maryland; 5 grandchildren, David James (D.J.) Witherby, Whitney Poole, Tammy and Lee Witherby and Marek Novak; 1 great grandson, Hunter Witherby.
He was preceded in death by his parents Harry and Unawill Waldis and Sister Wanda Moore.
“Buck” was a faithful member of Roseland United Methodist Church, Roseland, Florida. He was also a member of the Roseland United Methodist Men.
A Celebration of Life will be held February 15, 2014 at 10:30AM at Roseland United Methodist Church with a luncheon to follow.
