NEWS RELEASE

Sebastian River High School Baseball will be playing a number of home games at Historic Dodgertown the week of March 3rd as field repairs would not allow for play. With Historic Dodgertown entering its first week of High School and College Spring Training and field usage frequent, some creative scheduling allowed for the Sharks to host four games in five days.
“Historic Dodgertown is pleased to be able to assist Sebastian River High School while their ball field is under repair” said Vice President, Craig Callan. “We consider it a privilege to be part of this great community. Our goal is to continue to reach out to our community whenever possible.”
Beginning Monday, the JV squad will square off against Vero Beach High School on Field 2 at 6:00. On Tuesday, the Sharks Varsity will play at 6:00 against Centennial High School at Holman Stadium. The Freshman will then take the field Wednesday night against Vero Beach, also at Holman Stadium. Concluding the week will be Viera High School visiting the Varsity squad on Field 2, at 6:00.
Sebastian River High School will operate gate admission for Holman Stadium games March 4th and 5th. Tickets are normal SRHS prices, $6 for adults and $3 for students. Food and beverage concessions, along with Historic Dodgertown merchandise, will also be available for the games.
