The concept of a Cultural Arts Center is the very thing that Vero Beach needs to become more of an art mecca.
Use that place for a Vero History center/ possible train stop. They will never be able to get someone to invest more money from the outside into that building and its to solid and historic to be demolished. Set it up as a welcome center and try getting AAF to make another stop here before going to Orlando/Miami
