Indian River County Commission Chairman Peter O’Bryan spoke with Inside Vero editor, Mark Schumann, Tuesday to discuss what he believes can be done to mitigate the impact of All Aboard Florida’s high speed rail service on Indian River County.  Commissioner Bob Solari, a strong opponent of government loans for All Aboard Florida, declined to be interviewed.
