ClusterRUTH L. CLUSTER, 88, of Vero Beach, Florida died May 23, 2014 at Rosewood Manor. She was born May 31, 1925 in Harrisburg, PA and had been a resident of Vero Beach for 13 years, coming from Hagerstown, MD.Mrs. Custer was a former member of the Homemakers Club of Hagerstown. She enjoyed traveling and square dancing with her husband, Curley Custer.

She is survived by her daughters, Marilyn Custer and Barbie (Mark) Hendricks, both of Vero Beach, FL; granddaughters, Kimmie (Toby) Lamm and Amy (Adam) Stevens and 4 great-grandchildren, Abi and T.J. Lamm and Jordan and Caymen Stevens. Mrs. Custer was predeceased by her husband, Curley Custer.

A memorial service will be held 3pm, Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home & Crematory. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the VNA and Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960. LucasBONNIE (SUE) LOCAS, 73, wife of Edward Lucas, passed away on Saturday, May 24, 2014. Bonnie is survived by her Husband of 34-years, Ed, daughter Misty Robertson of Orlando, and sisters Kathy Thompson and Patty Rexford, both of Vero Beach. Born in Charleston, West Virginia, Bonnie lived in Hawaii before moving to Vero Beach.

Bonnie left her family with many wonderful memories, a love for people, and a legacy of personal strength and courage in the face of adversity. Bonnie’s humor and steadfast determination will be missed by all who were blessed to know her, and especially those of us who loved her so deeply. God bless you “Bonnie”, your presence and constant encouragement and love will be missed, and can never be replaced.

A remembrance of Bonnie’s life and joy will be held at 10:00 AM, Thursday, May 29, 2014, at her beloved Tabernacle Baptist Church in Vero Beach. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested gifts of faith to Tabernacle Ministries of Vero Beach. Arrangements were made with the assistance of Cox Gifford Seawinds Funeral Home.
