Update: Deputies find missing man with dementia

Update:

Indian River County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives located Mr. Woulard thanks to help from our Facebook followers. A caller stated that they recognized Mr. Woulard from our Facebook post and noted where he was last seen. Detective Hau made contact with Mr. Woulard at a local convenience store where he was disoriented, but safe. Mr. Woulard was reunited with his family.

Sheriff Deryl Loar stated, “We continue to be impressed by the power of social media. Mr. Woulard was returned safe thanks to our Facebook friends.”

Indian River County Sheriff’s Office deputies and detectives are currently searching for Henry P. Woulard (91) of Vero Beach. Woulard was last seen at his residence in the 6100 block of 85th Street at 9:30 A.M. today. Woulard has a history of dementia and high blood pressure. Woulard may be driving his 2006 blue Toyota Corolla bearing Florida plate V931LP. Woulard is approximately 5’7″ tall and 175 pounds, with brown eyes and grey hair.
