To listen to pro-sale utility activist, Charlie Wilson, it was he who birthed and has nurtured the long and now failed effort to help Florida Power & Light acquire municipal electric utilities, starting with Vero Beach.  Nearly everyone but Wilson and a few FPL executives has accepted that the power sale deal is dead. One has to wonder what Wilson’s platform will be in the coming election?
