I attended the Taxpayers School Board Candidate Forum today.

I was reluctant to go because of the new venue…..VB Country Club and now I know why. $18.00 chicken Caesar salad….about half the size of what you might expect at any decent restaurant in town and a 1 ½ inch piece of cheesecake with one blueberry garnish. Big Whoop…..But, I must say, the room accommodated the crowd nicely and the acoustics were very good except for a few times when the microphone went haywire and pierced my eardrums. MORE…
