According to Press Journal columnist, Russ Lemmon, a number of City Council candidates, most prominent among them Pilar Turner, are ready to support the Indian River County Commission and the Indian River Shores Town Council in their efforts to take, without compensation, Vero Beach’s electric utility infrastructure and customer base outside the city limits.
