One of Shawn Frost’s neighbors, who is requesting for now to remain anonymous, told InsideVero today the Indian River County School Board’s newly elected representative from District 1 continues to live with his family in their home on 38th Avenue, not at his claimed residence of 6700 77th Street. Frost’s 38th Avenue home is located in District 3. The house on 77th Street, where Frost says he has been living since early May, is located in District 1.
“Shawn drives a white mini van and Renee (Frost’s wife) drives a green Prius, and both cars are parked in the driveway when I get up in the morning,” Frost’s neighbor said.
Frost reportedly told VeroNew.com he joins his wife and children for dinner every evening at their home on 38th Avenue, but that he is living at his father’s home on 77th Street. Frost’s neighbor tells a different story. “Shawn’s car is also there midday and in the evenings, and I often see him walking the neighborhood late at night.”
Frost also told VeroNews.com his father recently sold the home, and that the new out-of-town owners are leasing it back to Frost. In fact, though the home is under a contingent sales contract, the property has not been sold.
On May 6, Frost changed his voter registration address from 1301 38th Avenue, which is his homesteaded property located in District 3, to 6700 77th Street, a home his father owns located in District 1. Frost reportedly told VeroNew.com he moved his personal belongings into his father’s home, is receiving his mail there and has established a legal residence apart from his wife, to whom he claims to remain happily married.
Monday, in advance of Tuesday’s primary election, Karen Disney-Brombach’s husband filed a complaint with the Florida Elections Commission challenging Frost’s claim to have established residence at 6700 77th Street. Frost’s neighbor indicated a willingness to speak with investigators from the state.

This community owes a debt of gratitude to Karen Disney Brombach’s husband for filing an official voter fraud complaint. The community also owes a debt of gratutude to Dian George for her having filed a voter fraud complaint about Charlie Wilson. All residents are better served when they insist that those who claim to want to represent our community do so in accordance with all applicable laws.
The only warning that I would give is to expect a long process before resolution of the voter fraud complaint. This is the lesson that I learned over the past year. The State of Florida is not meeting its obligations with limited staffing to do the appropriate investigation work. There are always going to be more critical law enforcement issues so that voter fraud is at the bottom of priorties.
I am really shocked that people do not believe that he was living apart from his wife and kids for months, yet in the same general area of the city!!! Who would of thought he was not telling the truth!!! What does not shock me is that he was the chosen candidate of Commissioner Zorc.
Based upon what I have been reading Mr Frost has some big problems ahead . First Frost claims to live in a pasture ; he then claims to live over a garage away from his wife and children. Yet according to eye wirnesses his van is usually parked at the home he claims not to live in . This is one for Ripley’s Believe It Or Not. I choose NOT.
Is his name still on his 1301 38th Avenue address for utility bills between May and August?

So no one thinks this is total B.S? This guy is sitting in a school board position, what the heck is wrong with people? I know these crooks can sleep at night, but why do it to your kid? You know that kid will be “known” for the rest of the time he is in school.
Is he paying rent, does he have a contract? I can say my address is 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. but that doesn’t mean I live there.
This whole thing stinks. There has to be a better way to vent candidates than going to court after the fact.
If he can’t be honest about this, what else is he not being honest about.
