Local insurance agent, Harry Howle, this afternoon became the seventh candidate to enter the race for three available seats on the Vero Beach City Council.  Howle has served on the City’s Planning and Zoning Board and is now chairman of the Code Enforcement Board. Howle could not be reached this afternoon for comment.

Vice Mayor Jay Kramer and Councilwoman Pilar Turner are running for re-election.  They are joined in the race by Howle, Brian Heady, Randy Old, Jack Shupe and Charlie Wilson.
