On Thursday afternoon, the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office Multi-Agency Criminal Enforcement (M.A.C.E.) Unit served a search warrant in the 4400 block of 27th Avenue. Detectives located and seized seventeen small bags of crack cocaine weighing 4.3 grams, 1.5 grams of powder cocaine, 6 grams of marijuana, 1.5 grams of methamphetamine, more than 50 miscellaneous pills including Oxycodone and Hydromorphone, and a loaded 9MM Highpoint handgun.
Detectives arrested Artimus Bradley (31) of Ft. Pierce and Wyman Malone (35) of Gifford as a result of the search and seizures. Bradley was charged with three counts of possession of a controlled substance, trafficking in Hydromorphone, possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Malone was charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of methamphetamine, possession of less than twenty grams of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bradley is currently being held on $30,500.00 bond, while Malone has no bond. An additional arrest is expected in this case.
Indian River County Sheriff Deryl Loar stated, “Our M.A.C.E. Unit is committed to taking dangerous felons off the streets. We will not tolerate those who feel they are above the law. This is another case of great work and collaboration by our M.A.C.E. Unit.”
