A video is worth a thousand words

Editor’s Note:  The following video, a parody in the “Hitler finds out” series, was posted on YouTube Sept. 15 and came to the attention of InsideVero Friday, Sept. 19. Though clearly a parody, the video does seem to fairly represent one side of the story of FPL’s epic struggle to acquire Vero Electric. Indeed, parody and satire can be more effective than clear thinking and carefully reasoned essays in making a point or telling a story.

Charlie Wilson
Charlie Wilson

Today, political hack, FPL apologist and city council candidate Charlie Wilson, attacked InsideVero’s posting of this satirical video, which was already available for public viewing on YouTube. Though no one associated with InsideVero created, or collaborated in the creation of this video, we are certainly willing to post it.

After disparaging InsideVero and feigning indignation, Wilson did exactly what we did. He posted the video.

  1. Brilliant Mark. It was fun. It was inspirational. It was true.

I was sure that I saw Charlie Wilson in that clip a couple of times. Maybe it was just someone with a bad mustachio. The message is there. Let him wear it.

    Long live COVB.

  2. An academy award is due for this brilliant piece of filming. I have watched it twice. I did not recognize Charles Wilson but I certainly heard the Hitler guy denigrate him as being a failure in his efforts to fool the people. LOL
