Indian River County Commission Chairman Peter O’Bryan announced that as part of his monthly community outreach in South County, he will be hosting a Candidate Forum on Monday October 6th starting at 5:30 PM. The forum will be held at the Vero Highlands Community Center, 625 Highland Drive SW. O’Bryan invited candidates for State Sen. District 32, State House District 54, Indian River County Commission District 2, and Indian River Mosquito Control District Seat 2. In addition, Bill Monroe and Sheriff Loar have been invited to present opposing opinions on Amendment 2, Medical Marijuana.
The forum is free and open to all candidates for the listed races, as well as free and open to the general public.
