1. By the looks of the results of this poll I can understand why the trio of Turner, Howle and Willsin do not want to attend your Candidate Roundtable this evening. Having said this, I think it would never be wise to ignore any group of voters who come to these events to hear from the candidates no matter how hard it might seem to be to face a crowd that possibly might prove to be unfavorable.

   If a person is low on my radar as a candidate, by avoiding a whole group of constituents makes them even lower on my list. It tells me that if, by some horrible chance, any of these three absent candidates were to be elected, they would probably be very rude from the dais to a whole lot of people who might not agree with them on any issue.

   But, after further thinking about this, they probably have no issue other than a dead issue and I am sure the voters in the City of Vero Beach are not going to put their trust in candidates who continue to go to a dead issue.

2. We know how candidates feel about the electric issue, but there is so much more than being a councilman then that. We want to know were you stand in other issues. We want to know who you are. There are a lot of voters out there that don’t know, if you can’t take the time to go to all the forums we don’t need you on the council. If elected are you going to pick and choose which meeting you will be attending?

3. I couldn’t attend your roundtable this year,however it was a huge mistake for the SELL GANG of three not to attend. What does this Gang fear? Could it be off by $90 million dollars Wilson doesn’t want to discuss this mistake? Could it be that Pilar Turner doesn’t want to talk about her demand for Vero ratepayers to pay $26 million to FPL? Or was it her wish to sell the dog park and develop this park? Could it be Harry doesn’t want to display his strident views and personality? They have an obligation to answer these and other questions.
