Chief Currey appoints new Neighborhood Watch/Public Information Officer

Vero Beach Police Chief David Currey introduced officer Anna Carden to the City Council Tuesday.  Carden will replace officer John Morrison as the department's Neighborhood Watch and Public Information Officer.  Morrison recently retired after more than 25 years with the department.
