Partners of Florida’s Research Coast Economic Development Coalition exhibited at the 2014 National Business Aviation Association’s (NBAA) Annual Meeting & Convention recently in Orlando. NBAA is the world’s largest business aviation trade show – the Orlando event hosted 26,000 attendees and 1100 exhibitors. Economic development practitioners from the region, along with local elected officials and airport managers, promoted the four-county region as a potential business location.

Florida’s Research Coast EDC is comprised of the primary economic development organizations in Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin and Okeechobee counties plus the President of CareerSource Research Coast. The aviation industry is one of the region’s targeted industries for expansion and recruitment.
