NEWS RELEASE 

The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office is currently on scene of a bank robbery at the Wells Fargo located at 58th Avenue and State Road 60 in Vero Beach. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately six feet tall, with a medium build last seen wearing a royal blue hooded sweatshirt and blue pants. The suspect was last seen running on foot east across 58th Avenue. Indian River County Sheriff’s Office helicopter and canines are currently on scene searching. Please avoid the area if possible. The Wells Fargo bank will be closed for business for the remainder of the afternoon.
