JOY LOUISE DIVEN, 81, died February 17, 2015 at her residence in Sebastian. She was born in Lindenwold, New Jersey and lived in the Fellsmere and Sebastian area since 1998 coming from Sicklerville, New Jersey. Joy graduated from Lancaster Bible College, Lancaster, PA. She attended of Shiloh Tabernacle Church, Sebastian, FL.

Survivors include husband, Fred Diven; daughter, Gwen and husband Chris H. Oliva Jr. , of Sebastian; son, Douglas Diven and wife, Christy of Danville, Pennsylvania; grandsons, Richard Eisenmann, Daniel Eisenmann, Christian Oliva, all of Sebastian and Jaydon Diven of Danville, Pennsylvania; granddaughters, Kayla Eisenmann, Candice Eisenmann, both of Sebastian, Madison Diven and Payton Diven, both of Danville, Pennsylvania; great granddaughter, Alexis Oliva of Sebastian; sister, Pearl VanDerVeer of Stratford, New Jersey; brother, George Mundell, Jr. of Edgewater, Florida. She was preceded in death by her granddaughter, Heather Nicole Oliva and sister, June Mundell.

Memorial contributions may be made to Visiting Nurse Association & Hospice Foundation, 1110 35th Lane, Vero Beach, FL 32960. A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 21, 2015 at the Shiloh Youth Ranch, Sebastian, Florida. ROSE M. MCMANUS, 94, of Wakefield and Vero Beach, Florida, died on Sunday, February 15 at the Newfield House in Plymouth. Born in Framingham on March 3, 1920, she was the daughter of the late Jerome R. and MaryAnn (O’Connell) White. Mrs. McManus was a graduate of Our Lady of the Assumption High School in Wellesley and Mrs. Faye Secretarial School in Boston. She had been a Wakefield resident from 1952 to 2006 and a Vero Beach resident from 1986 to 2012. Mrs. McManus was the wife of the late Thomas L. McManus. She is survived by her son Thomas L. McManus, Jr. of Coral Gables, FL, her two daughters: Diane McManus of Plymouth and Linda McManus of Scituate and her two granddaughters: Carling and Kelby McManus. Mrs. McManus was predeceased by her brother Hugh R. White and her sister Mary T. Marshall. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Athanasius Church 300 Haverhill St., Reading on Saturday, Feb. 21 at 11AM. Interment will be at Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield. MELVIN LYNDON PATTON, 76, of Sebastian, passed away Monday, Feb. 16, 2015 in Sebastian. Born on March 28, 1938, to Willie F. and Madge May (Dills) Patton. He was united in marriage to Roberta Dianne Hamilton, who survives him at the home. He served his country in the U.S. Army. Melvin had retired from the Ford Motor Company Claycomo Assembly Plant in Claycomo, MO, after 30 years of service. Survivors are his wife of nearly 54 years, Roberta Patton of Sebastian, a son and daughter-in- law; Melvin and Kim Patton of Independence, MO, six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, three brothers and one sister and numerous other family. Preceding him in death were a son, Paul Baker, his parents, three brothers and two sisters. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb 22, at the Gowing Funeral Home in Orrick, Mo and on Monday, Feb. 23 from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Trenton Church of the Nazarene in Trenton, MO.
