BEVERLY E. MILLER, of ACTS Indian River Estates, Vero Beach, and Mackinaw City, MI, passed away on March 3, 2015. 

Beverly was born on April 25, 1925 in Kalamazoo, MI, attending Western State Teacher College. She was a legal secretary and homemaker. Beverly and David were married on January 24, 1947 in Kalamazoo MI. They moved from Battle Creek, MI, and Princeton, NJ, to Fort Lauderdale, then to Vero Beach, in 1984. 

Beverly was an ordained deacon in the Presbyterian Church (PCUSA) serving on the Diacanate at Second Presbyterian Church, Ft. Lauderdale and First Presbyterian Church of Vero Beach, and an associate member of the Church of the Straits, Mackinaw City. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of the American Revolution, Orchid Isle Garden Club and Indian River Stamp Club. 

Beverly is survived by her husband, three sons, twin daughters, eleven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held 2 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2015, at IRE Chapel West.

PEDRO P. ROMAN-GONXALEZ, 79, died March 3, 2015 at his home in Vero Beach. Visitation will be held from 5-7PM Sunday March 8, 2015 at Strunk Funeral Home where a Prayer Service will be said at 6:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00am on Monday, March 9, 2015 at St. Helen Catholic Church. A Reception for family and friends will follow the mass at The Plaza 884 17th Street Vero Beach, Fl. 32960.

MANDA M. SMITH, 71, died February 28, 2015, at her Melbourne Beach, Florida home after loosing her battle with cancer.
 A native Floridian, Manda was born in Vero Beach, Florida. She made Melbourne Beach her home for the past 18 years. 

Manda’s multiple professional careers included Engineer (Telecommunications), Corporate Forecastor, Behavioral Science Consultant and ultimately owner/contractor of her own 30 employee multi-state Behavioral Science Consulting Company, Resort Clothing Store owner and licensed Florida Real Estate Broker. 

She was a member of Riverside Baptist Church, Indialantic, Florida and the Space Coast Area Realtors.

Survivors include husband Ronald Smith of Melbourne Beach, Daughter Kym Wooten of Columbia, Maryland, grandchildren Alex and Alicia Wooten, Sister Linda Greer of Vero Beach and brother Jack McNeal of Vero Beach.

She was preceded in death by her brother Waldon McNeal.

Visitation will be held 5:00 to 7:00 PM on March 7, 2015 at Strunk Funeral Home, 916 17th Street, Vero Beach, Florida. 
Funeral Services will be held Sunday, March 8, 2015 at 2:00 PM at the funeral home chapel. Reception will follow at The Plaza Event Room, 884 17th Street, located immediately east of Strunk Funeral Home. (3/5/15)
