McKee Botanical Garden’s Spring/Summer 2015 class series will kick off with LEGO® Robotics workshops on March 15.

Led by Engineering for Kids of the Treasure Coast, the LEGO Robotics workshops on Sunday, March 15 will combine learning with fun. Children will get to create and operate a Venus fly trap utilizing LEGO WeDo™ and LEGO MINDSTORMS® software programs. Workshops will be held in two sessions: 1:00 – 2:00 pm and 2:30 – 3:30 pm. Each session will feature separate workshops for Junior Robotics (recommended for children ages 5-8) and Apprentice Robotics (children ages 9-14). Cost is just $10 per child. Continue reading…
