Spend an Evening with Teddy Roosevelt portrayed by Joe Weigand in his one man show on Friday, March 13th at 7 pm at the Sebastian River High School, sponsored by the Indian River County Historical Society. The Vero Beach Art Club presents the 64th Annual Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show this weekend, March 13th, 14th and 15th in Riverside Park.  This show will feature over 200 juried artists from around the country as well as a variety of food in the Food Court.  Hours are Friday & Saturday, 9 to 5 and Sunday 10 to 4.

The Vero Beach Museum of Art’s popular Art In Bloom celebration continues with a demonstration by Bruce Bailey, “Edwardian Flowers: Arranging the Downton Abbey Look”, followed by tea in the Sculpture Park on Friday, March 13th at 10 am. ($50).

SATURDAY  MARCH 14

American Security Council Foundation’s Annual Heroes Appreciation Golf Tournament  will be held on  Saturday, March 14th at the Bent Pine Golf Club. McKee Botanical Garden will hold LEGO® Robotics workshops on Sunday, March 15th.  Children will get to create and operate a Venus fly trap utilizing LEGO WeDo™ and LEGO MINDSTORMS® software programs. Workshops will be held in two sessions: 1 to 2 pm and 2:30 to 3:30 pm. Each session will feature separate workshops for Junior Robotics (ages 5-8) and Apprentice Robotics (ages 9-14).
