Fraser Allport is teaching a class at IRSC titled: Income Tax Reduction Made Easy for Business Owners. In only 4 short hours, you can sharpen your Business Money Management Skills and learn how you can increase your Bottom Line and Peace of Mind. The class will be held on Tuesday & Thursday, October 27th & 29th from 6 to 8 pm at Indian River State College Mueller Campus in Vero Beach. The cost is $69. The Vero Beach Museum of Art presents Folk Art from the Norris Museum of Art now on display through January 17, 2016. The exhibit features more than 60 delightful creative and powerful paintings and sculpture from some of the South’s most important folk artists, including Howard Finster, Mary Louise Proctor and Clementine Hunter to name but a few. Pieces include images from all subject matter representing their beliefs, to fantasy as well as scenes from their everyday lives.

The Vero Beach Art Club is exhibiting members’ artwork at the Indian River County Courthouse, 2000 16th Avenue in Vero Beach through January 7th. The exhibit features a wide variety of mediums, styles and subjects. Viewing hours are 9 am to 5 pm weekdays.

The Indian River Medical Center announces several support group meetings this month at the hospital including groups for Cancer, Bariatric (Surgical Weight Loss), Heart Failure, Coping with Diagnosis, Cancer Caregivers and Prostate Cancer.
