Gallery 14 presents ‘Double Visions: Assemblage by Joan Earnhart and Mixed Media by Carol Staub.’  This show will feature two

of the Gallery’s represented artists in an expanded showing of their work.  The exhibit will run from December 4 – 28, with a reception on Friday December 7, from 5-8pm, as part of the Downtown Historic Arts District First Friday Gallery Stroll.  Joan, an assemblage artist, is nationally known for her conceptual and symbolically rich intricate pieces, filled with antiques and curiosities in the vein of Joseph Cornell. Carol’s mixed media work encompasses elements of paint and collage. She continues to fascinate viewers, with her seemingly infinite variety of techniques. Both of these multiple award winning artists are popular and well known in the area.
