Assistant City Attorney Kira Honse

At last week’s City Council meeting, Assistant City Attorney Kira Honse filled in for Wayne Coment, who retired and Director of Public Works Monte Falls filled in for Jim O’Connor, who also retired. Now Honse has resigned her position leaving the City with no in-house legal department.

    So now we have an unlawfully composed city Council, and we’re down 2 out of 3 constitutional officers. You could fairly call this a low point in our City’s history.
