The Laura (Riding) Jackson Foundation (LRJF) invites the community to celebrate the birthday, life, and work of Laura (Riding) Jackson (1901-1991)

• Meet local published authors and poets from LRJF writing and poetry groups
• Purchase their books and/or get autographs
• Enjoy “5-minute Mic” sessions where writers will share their insights on writing fiction and
   poetry and perhaps a suggestion or two to inspire your own writing
• Tour the historic 100+ year old “Cracker house” that was Laura’s home from 1943 – 1991
