Saturday Oct 7th at the Environmental Learning Show, Tim Glover president of PICS announced the winners of the 2023 Art Show that benefits the Friends group PICS and ELC. Over 50 artists and friends attended the reception and filled the gallery. This show is always held in Oct as the National Wildlife Refuge is the 2nd week of October.
