‘Reflections of Nature’ Artist Meet and Greet Wednesday Mar 13th

The Artist Meet and Greet for “Reflections of Nature” presented by Orchid Island Art Club as part of the ELC’s Nature Inspired Art Series is Wednesday, March 13th from 4:30-6:30 PM.  The show opened on Monday, March 3rd, and is on exhibit in the Tidal Gallery and Lagoon Room until the end of May.

The Artist Meet and Greet event is complimentary and open to the public. Guests can meet the eleven artists participating in the show while enjoying refreshments and live music by vocalist/guitarist Todd Jones. Artists in the show are Diana Bickford, Muci Clemens, Cornelia Gundlach, Jackie Harding-Chernoff, Lou Lower, Nancy Ofstie, Ruth Martin, Reggie McCormack, Judy Stach, Ann Starkey, and Mary Stewart. There are over sixty paintings and photographs in the exhibit and all the art is for sale with a portion of the proceeds donated by the artists to the ELC. Click here to  RSVP for March 13th .

The ELC’s mission is to educate, inspire, and empower all people to be active stewards of the environment and their well-being. Founded 35 years ago, the ELC is committed to sharing the importance of protecting and restoring natural resources. From toddlers to teenagers and adults, the ELC has opportunities for learning through outdoor adventures, eco-tours, wellness classes, a Brown Bag Lunch and Learn Series, and special events. The ELC is open Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday and Sunday 8:00 AM-4:00 PM. The 64-acre non-profit island nature center is located at the western edge of the Wabasso Bridge on County Road 510 in Vero Beach, Florida.
