County Administrator, John Titkanich signed a License/Use Agreement between the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Department of Homeland (DHS), and the Indian River County to establish a Disaster Recover Center at the IG Center, located at 1590 9th Street SW., Vero Beach, FL 32962.

The IG Center will serve as a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) where FEMA and the State of Florida will receive members of the public for the purpose of providing information such as the status of applications, and generational information on disaster assistance.
Other Federal, State, local and voluntary organizations may also co-locate to provide similar information on their programs. Those organizations have not yet been identified.

The DRC center will operate from 8am – 7pm, 7/days a week until further notice.
