Singing With Elvis on November 10, 4 – 5:30pm. Treasure Coast Chorale is proud to keep Presley’s worldwide fame going. The special guest appearance of Glenn Orndorff will have you “All Shook Up!” Performance at First Baptist Church, 2206 16th Ave. in Vero Beach.

Riverside Theatre presents A Fox on the Fairway By Ken Ludwig. Performances run through November 10. A tribute to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s, Ken Ludwig’s The Fox On the Fairway takes audiences on a hilarious romp with members of the Quail Valley Country Club. Filled with mistaken identities and over-the-top antics, this madcap comedy deals with love, life, and man’s eternal infatuation with…golf.

Vero Beach Art Club offers Art In The Park on November 10, 10am – 12pm.

Fine Art & Crafts Exhibit presented by Artist from the Vero Beach Art Club on various Sundays from October through April. Located at Humiston Park on Ocean Drive in Vero Beach, Art in the Park provides the perfect opportunity for visitors and residents to interact with our Artists and Craft Artisans and to purchase beautiful, original artwork.

Lieutenant General Eric B. Schoomaker

The Veterans Council of Indian River County (VCIRC) in collaboration with the Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) invites the community to attend a Veterans Day Ceremony & WWII Tribute Dedication on November 11 at 9am on Veterans Memorial Island Sanctuary in Vero Beach’s Riverside Park. This event is free to the public. Lieutenant General Eric B. Schoomaker, MD, PhD, United States Army (Ret), is this year’s keynote speaker. Lt. Gen. (Ret.) Eric B. Schoomaker is a former U.S. Army Surgeon General and Commanding General of the U.S. Army Medical Command. An accomplished hematologist, he has held key roles in military medicine, including Commanding General at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and North Atlantic Regional Medical Command. Schoomaker assumed the post of Surgeon General on December 11, 2007, where he focused on advancing healthcare services and medical readiness for service members.

VBMA Museum Stories: 0-23 Month Olds

November 13, 9:30 – 10:30am. A theme-based, participatory program for babies, toddlers, and their caregivers that includes reading books, singing songs, dancing, and creating art together. Takes place in the Art Zone.

On November 16 Ballet Vero Beach ignites the Vero Beach Museum of Art’s stage with Classic Heat. A collection of works that explore the spirit of the 1960s. Classic Heat reflects the museum’s exhibition, Roadside Reverie: Glass Works by John Miller, by taking inspiration from the colors, charisma, and culture of the 1960s.

Audiences will be delighted by two new works choreographed by Ballet Vero Beach dancers Marlyse Noble and Darien Santos and a reworked version of Artistic Director Adam Schnell’s Crimson & Clover, which turns 20 years old this year and has never been seen in Vero Beach. Tickets to the 3pm performances include entrance to the Museum, so arrive early to walk the galleries or take in the 2pm docent-led exhibition tour.

Anything Goes Exhibition at Art at the Emerson Gallery: An Array of Open Expression Where All Mediums Collide . On view through December  30. This event showcases a diverse range of works from local artists across all mediums, from painting and sculpture to digital art and mixed media. Featuring a broad spectrum of styles and techniques, the exhibition highlights the boundless possibilities of artistic expression, inviting viewers to engage with the raw, unfiltered creativity of the artists.
