VB Art Club Announces new Staff

The Vero Beach Art Club president, Michelle Nevaeh, announced two new employees at their 1903 14th Ave. Vero Beach location: 

Debbie Avery as Office Manager and Britney Melchiori as Communications Manager. Michelle looks forward to the team leading VBAC into its 90th year with full steam ahead.

Debbie Avery wears lots of hats in Vero Beach, including being the Public Image chair for Sunrise Rotary Vero Beach and member since 2012; Sec/VP of the Vero Beach Chamber of Commerce; on the board of Center for Spiritual Care. She has extensive experience in nonprofit management where she steered one away from bankruptcy to having several $100K in the bank and a land conservation easement. Debbie comes with a marketing and advertising background and is strong in Public Relations. With her degree in graphic design she has a strong connection to the arts and has been coordinating an annual art show for the Pelican Island Conservation Society since 2014 as a volunteer.

Britney Melchiori is a communications and marketing professional with over a decade of experience in strategic branding, community engagement, and creative services. She has collaborated with local government, nonprofits, and small businesses to develop impactful communications strategies, manage high-profile events and enhance public outreach efforts.  Previously, Britney served as the Communications & Marketing Director for the Sebastian River Area Chamber of Commerce for 11 years, where she played a key role in driving engagement and fostering community connections. She is also the Owner and Co-founder of The Marketing Branch, a creative services boutique in Sebastian, FL.

Britney is passionate about connecting people and organizations through effective storytelling and visual identity. She remains dedicated to promoting the vibrant cultural landscape of Indian River County and the Vero Beach Art Club’s mission, events, and programs, fostering deeper connections within the local arts community.
