news release
The Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) invites all citizens to participate in community townhalls designed to engage residents in important conversations around the economic health and outlook of the County.
“We want citizens to think strategically, and come prepared to engage in conversation, offering their views on economic issues. It is the desire of the Board for these discussions to generate ideas and opportunities that can be used in the development of a strategic framework that will take the County into the future with heightened economic stability,” said Joseph Flescher, BOCC Chair.
Six Townhalls will be help over the course of three days and at three different locations and times to maximize the opportunity for citizen engagement. It should be noted that the information to be presented at each meeting will be identical so no one person needs to attend all three.
